The benefit of a FLIO program for students is the networking between countries, companies and colleges. FLIO assists students in locating sponsorships for study in international localities. These sponsorships are of interest to companies that desire employees with in depth international experience. The programs can be linked to colleges for accreditation of study. Some countries may participate to provide local support.
